This is dedication itself. It started to rain midway through the saturday consultation session and us wussies started to shift in to hide from the rain water.

However, all was not well for the people who still had active patients on their hands...Not wanting to disrupt the consultation, Jessica simply propped up an umbrella and continued. Yes! it was raining quite heavily then too. (look at the water streaming down the umbrella!)
